Fellow Traveler Counseling
Practicing Clinical Intern
Rooted in faith and shaped by experience, Hannah knows the weight of self-doubt, the struggle for balance, and the longing for healing. Her faith had always been a guiding force, but in her darkest moments, it became her greatest source of comfort and strength. Her battle with disordered eating and unhealthy exercise led her to therapy, where she found both recovery and healing. Through faith, she discovered comfort, peace, and renewed purpose, inspiring her to walk alongside others on their healing journey.

From this understanding, Hannah creates a warm, nurturing space where individuals feel safe to heal and grow. She provides a place where clients feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.
Hannah’s compassionate nature, combined with her commitment to holistic healing—mind, body, and spirit—shapes her approach to helping others. Through her research on disordered eating and exercise, she advocates for awareness and provides empathetic, informed care. Whether supporting an athlete navigating the pressures of performance, an individual struggling with body image, or someone simply searching for balance, Hannah is passionate about helping others break free from cycles of guilt, fear, and perfectionism.
