Justine Lemire

Dedicated to giving aid to others, Justine began with her service in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care Flight Medic.  For nearly a decade, Justine administered critical care to wounded evacuees being flown to The hospital.  Seeing firsthand the casualties of war and realizing that the healing journey went well past treating physical injuries, Justine was moved to serve in a new role..  Guided by purpose, she began her clinical studies in mental health care, first at Queens University receiving her bachelors and continuing to University of North Carolina Charlotte, earning a Masters of Clinical Mental Health.

As a Therapist, Justine supports adolescents and adults, who are experiencing challenges across a spectrum of life’s occurrences. Providing individualized treatment, in a warm and therapeutic environment, Justine fosters growth and healing, Focusing on free will, human potential and self-discovery. Incorporating

evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with humanistic techniques from Gestalt Therapy, Client-centered & Existential therapy, all within a holistic framework. 

 

Built on her lived experiences, Justine has a special focus in treating those who give care and service to others.  Additionally, Justine specializes in working with human sexual health & wellness framed around creating a safe and trusting space..  Providing a guided exploration of core beliefs to achieve overall well-being and a higher quality of life..
