Group Therapy

In addition to individual therapy, Fellow Traveler offers a variety of guided groups and community events open to participation. Our private groups add meaningful support in the mental health journey. Guided with expert care and within the safety and security of understanding, the camaraderie among attendees builds a sense of community and allows for the realization that we are not alone with life’s challenges.
