Lindsay’s primary focus is on the treatment of men’s mental health. With this dedication rooted in her own personal experience with the men closest to her life.

Approaching her work with sensitivity and understanding. She also has a passion for working with young women and supporting their mental health by providing a safe space for open communication, offering tailored coping strategies, and empowering them to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Lindsay uses a variety of evidence-based practices to support clients' growth and empowerment, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her clinical experience began by working with children on the autism spectrum, providing therapeutic and behavioral support. During graduate school, Lindsay completed her internship with Fellow Traveler Counseling, where she gained experience using a person-centered approach tailored to clients' needs.

Licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina. Lindsay combines her education, clinical training, and life experiences to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, confront challenges, and build resilience.
