Offering care to children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns with anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum transitions, blended family dynamics and significant life changes
Focusing on assisting the postpartum period as well as teens who are developing emotional regulation skills, exploring their identity, and building self-esteem. In session, Lindsay utilizes empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. With an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a strengths-based perspective to support emotional awareness, coping skills, and personal growth.

Working across multiple levels of care Lindsay draws on her experience from settings including partial hospitalization, school-based therapy, and outpatient settings.
​
Before becoming a therapist, Lindsay spent 16 years offering emotional, spiritual, and pastoral care to children, teens, and families in ministry, experience that now complements and strengthens her work as a therapist. These experiences inform her calming therapeutic style in addition to her belief in the healing power of compassion and connection. Through integration of spirituality and faith into the therapeutic process, clients can explore meaning and purpose in ways that honor their beliefs and values.
