In sessions Carly creates a warm environment and collaborative space that allows for clients to move at their own pace while being met with respect and understanding.

Specializing in the treatment of young adults seeking care & support in managing life’s many transitions and challenges as well as supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and struggles with self-esteem.
Working together towards uncovering practical tools, deeper self-understanding and additional confidence when facing challenges Carly addresses the unique needs of each individual.

Seeking care for herself through therapy after the loss of her mother, Carly experienced first hand the true relief of feeling heard and understood. From that support Carly graduated from Clemson University and later completed her master’s in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University.
First working with children with level 3 autism, then adolescents navigating trauma and behavioral challenges, as well as young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and disordered eating.
