Creating a space where healing and growth can begin and flourish for both adults and adolescents.
Focusing on the treatment of disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with a therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Liza’s introduction to mental health care began in high school when she sought therapy for anxiety and received care that proved to be life-changing. This sense of compassion and purpose deepened following the loss of her sister which fully shaped her calling as a counselor.

Her commitment to walking alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges cultivates emotional wellness and builds lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values.
Upon earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Furman University, Liza went on to graduate with honors from Northwestern University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As she pursues a career centered on helping others access meaningful support, Liza brings her experience
Previously working in eating disorder treatment settings as well as in private practice supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
With both in person and virtual sessions available, Liza is committed to providing accessible care, supporting clients as they reconnect with hope, strengthen their inner resources, and create balanced, fulfilling lives.
