Temi Ijaduola
Fellow Traveler Counseling
MS, LCMHCA, NCC
Associate Therapist
Before becoming a therapist, Temi began her journey of caregiver as a nurse, where she first experienced individuals and families during many of life's most vulnerable moments.
Seeing firsthand the emotional & physical needs of caring, Temi continued her education by pursuing her license in clinical mental health counseling.
As a therapist, Temi works from a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and systemic challenges people face while reinforcing her belief that meaningful, sustainable change is possible when individuals are met with compassion, curiosity, and support.
Temi recognizes that each person's lived experiences and intersecting identities shape how they understand themselves, navigate relationships, and engage with the world around them. She is committed to creating an affirming and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based modalities through the core pillars of identity, acceptance, and action. She partners with clients to explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
Treating individuals, couples, and families with sessions including premarital counseling, co-parenting, dating and relationship challenges, perinatal mental health, adolescent developmental transitions, and generational trauma. Additionally, Temi offers focused care to BIPOC and first-generation individuals, couples, and families.
