With a therapeutic practice that is grounded in empathy and the core belief that everyone has an inherent capacity for growth and recovery, Elizabeth brings to sessions an integrative, client-centered approach that tailors treatment to meet unique needs and goals.

Fostering a safe and compassionate environment where the root causes of concerns can be addressed, Elizabeth allows a space for healing, promotes meaningful growth, and works with clients to build resiliency. 

With nine years of experience, Elizabeth provides evidenced-based, trauma-informed care to individuals and couples with a special focus on treating addiction, trauma, and anxiety. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). 

 

In addition to providing treatment in the private practice setting, Elizabeth teaches future mental health caregivers at her Alma Mater, Syracuse University, in their Graduate Social Work program. She is also a qualified supervisor for associate licensed social workers.
