Alia provides care to children and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, and other serious mental health concerns. Treating those struggling with processing trauma, suicidal ideation, and crises as well as general life transitions. Tailoring a holistic approach across sessions, Alia utilizes a range of methods including person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, DBT, CBT, play therapy, and mindfulness based practices.

Personally experiencing the support and growth that the therapeutic process offers in session, Alia strives to bring that same feeling of support and growth to her clients.

With the understanding that no two journeys are the same, Alia offers a unique approach and perspective based on the needs of each individual. Her authenticity, compassion, and understanding help create a space where clients feel safe and healing can begin.
Alia has experience working in high acuity inpatient settings focused on children and teens as well as offering care in a substance use clinic. She holds her masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently offers care in private practice both in person and virtually.
