Chelsea is an experienced clinician specializing in transformative healing and personal growth. She works collaboratively with clients to uncover root causes of concerns and define meaningful growth, fostering an actionable and results-driven process. Chelsea’s therapeutic approach is compassionate, attuned, and tailored to individual needs, empowering clients to heal trauma, resolve inner conflicts, and embrace a fulfilling, authentic life. Her expertise includes addressing family-of-origin trauma, perfectionism, social anxiety, codependency, depression, and grief. 

Chelsea also has a special focus on supporting therapists and caregivers, particularly in burnout recovery and family-of-origin work. With her extensive clinical and leadership experience, she helps professionals navigate the intersection of personal and professional identities, fostering growth and balance.

As a Qualified Supervisor, Chelsea provides supervision to associate-licensed practitioners (LCMHCAs). Her supervisory style emphasizes empowerment, reflective analysis, and cultivating passion for healing work, guiding supervisees to develop their clinical perspectives and personalized counseling styles.

Chelsea is a Level II trained and Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, using this evidence-based modality to help clients understand and transform patterns that impact well-being. Her compassionate approach empowers clients to access their inner wisdom and strengths for lasting change.
